The CMMS stand for Clan Match Management System. It is a Plugin designed by AACGC that allows clan owners to register their clan and compete with other clans all over the world. The CMMS allows the clan owners to challenge any clan to a match and keeps track of wins, losses, pending matches, past matches, and total matches, and members of each clan can apply and be listed in their clan. Clan owners have the ability to challenge, accept challenges, edit members, accept applications, report losses, and even transfer ownership of their clan. Automatic PM feature sends Private Messages to the clan owners when their clan has been added to the CMMS, challenged by a clan, challenge accepted by a clan, and when members apply to their clan.
On the Main page of the CMMS right under the introduction are buttons, the first one says Submit Clan. That will take you to the CMMS Clan Submission Form, fill out the information and once an admin approves your clan a PM will be sent to you.
First you must be an owner of a clan registered with the CMMS, Then you can click any clan name in the CMMS to view their Clan Stats page. On their stats page you will see 3 buttons above their main section (Go Back, Challenge Clan, & Application), click Challenge Clan and enter the details for the match.
NO, If you submit a challenge you must show at the date you chose, if you are unable to attend the match then you must submit a loss to the CMMS! Same goes if you accept a challenge! Make sure before you submit or accept a challenge you agree on the date chosen!
Only the clan owner can report a loss, on your clan stats page in the main section the clan owner will see all the options for their clan. One option says Matches, click matches and it will list all current matches with a red dot beside each one to report a loss, just click the red dot and the CMMS will update the match status.
Your the clan owner, your name will show in your clan stats page in the main section as the clan owner however if you want to be listed in the members section as well you must submit and accept an application just like your clan members.
First, they need to login or register with the website. Then they can click your clan name anywhere on the CMMS to view your clan stats page. On the clan stats page right above the main section is a button that says Application. The user must submit the application and then the clan owner must approve the application.
Yes, you can submit your clan to every game your clan wishes to compete in. Note that if your clan competes in multiple games they must submit an application for your clan in each game to be listed. Your clan will have seperate clan stats and pages for each game.
